BC620 is an inline PCBA water cleaning machine.
It is mainly used to clean Water-soluble flux, Solder paste ball and other organic and inorganic contamination on PCBA.
Main application : Car electronics , Aerospace , Telecom, Medical device, Digital meters and Mini LED.

1. SUS304 stainless steel structure.
2. PCBA net type in line spray liquid wash system.
3. Flux, solder ball,dust and other contamination.
4. DI water wash+ DI water rinse+ Hot air dry process.
5. DI water add/discharge automatically.
6. DI water spray pressure are monitoring in time.
7. DI water resistivity monitoring system.
8. PC+PLC control system, English interface and friendly operation system.
