1. Machine Application：
BC580 is an inline PCBA DI water spray cleaning machine.
It can used to clean water-soluble flux, Solder paste ball and other organic and inorganic contamination on PCBA.
Main application : Car electronics , Aerospace , Telecom, Medical device, Digital meters and Mini LED.
2. Machine Features：
1. SUS304 stainless steel structure.
2. PCBA net conveyor transportation in line spray liquid wash system.
3. Flux, solder ball,dust and other contamination.
4. DI water wash+ DI water rinse+ Hot air dry process.
5. Wash DI water and rinse DI water add/discharge automatically.
6. DI water spray pressure can adjust for different requirements.
7. DI water resistivity monitoring system.
8. PLC control system, English interface and friendly operation system.
9. SMEMA lines to connect up and down stream equipment.
