1. Machine Application：
BC660 is an inline PCBA spray cleaning machine.
It can clean Rosin flux, No-clean flux,Water-soluble flux, Solder paste ball and other organic and inorganic contamination on PCBA.
Main application : Car electronics , Military , Aerospace , Telecom, Medical device, Digital meters and Mini LED.

1. SUS304 stainless steel structure.
2. PCBA net type in line spray liquid wash system.
3. Flux, solder ball,dust and other contamination.
4. Long chemical liquid wash+ long DI water rinse+ Hot air dry process.
5. Wash liquid and rinse DI water add/discharge automatically.
6. Wash liquid spray pressure can adjust for different requirements.
7. Wash liquid condensation device to save liquid.
8. DI water resistivity monitoring system.
9. Liquid pressure, water pressure, air blow pressure are monitoring in time.
10. PC+PLC control system, English interface and friendly operation system.
11. SMEMA lines to connect up and down stream equipment.
12. Liquid concentration monitor and compensation device--option.
