1. Machine Application：
BC630 is an inline PCBA spray cleaning machine.
It can clean Rosin flux, No-clean flux,Water-soluble flux, Solder paste ball and other organic and inorganic contamination on PCBA.
Main application : Car electronics , Aerospace , Telecom, Medical device, Digital meters and Mini LED.
2. Machine Features：
1. SUS304 stainless steel structure.
2. PCBA net type in line spray liquid wash system.
3. Flux, solder ball,dust and other contamination.
4. Chemical liquid wash+ DI water rinse+ Hot air dry process.
5. Wash liquid and rinse DI water add/discharge automatically.
6. Wash liquid spray pressure can adjust for different requirements.
7. Wash liquid condensation device to save liquid.
8. DI water resistivity monitoring system.
9. PC+PLC control system, English interface and friendly operation system.
10. SMEMA lines to connect up and down stream equipment.
