1. Machine Application：
AC520 is an big size PCBA cleaning machine. It is energy-saving, integrated, high-end cleaning machine. It can automatically complete cleaning, rinsing, drying process in one chamber by just push the start key.
Main application: Car electronics / Aerospace/Telecom/Medical devices/ Digital meters PCBA.
For Rosin flux, No-clean flux,Water-soluble flux , Solder paste ball and other organic and inorganic pollution materials on PCBA.
2. Machine Features：
1. For small amount, multi-spec PCBA wash.
2. Two layers of wash basket, each layers basket size:L610*W560*H100mm
3. Equip with front window and LED light,the whole process visible.
4. Automatic cleaning mode: clean, rinse, dry process can complete in one compact machine.
5. A comprehensive cleaning system for all kinds of SMT and THT PCBA residual rosin, water-soluble flux, no-clean flux / solder paste and other organic and inorganic pollutants for thorough and effective cleaning.
6. Lower operating costs: built-in filter makes the dilution repeated used. By using compressed air blow method at the end of cleaning process : blow the residual detergent off from pipeline and the pump , which effectively save 50% dilution.
7. DI water rinse time can be set to meet ion contamination requirements.
8. Total SUS304 stainless steel structure, 15 years lifespan.
