BC560 is a compact inline PCBA dust DI water spray cleaning machine.
It is mainly used to clean PCB dusts on after PCBA cut by router machine.
Main application : Mini LED, Panels, IC substrate.
2. Machine Features：
1. SUS304 stainless steel structure.
2. PCBA net conveyor transportation in line spray liquid wash system.
3. Dust and other contamination clean.
4. DI water wash+ DI water rinse+ Hot air dry process.
5. Wash DI water and rinse DI water add/discharge automatically.
6. DI water spray pressure can adjust for different requirements.
7. DI water resistivity monitoring system.
8. PLC control system, English interface and friendly operation system.
9. SMEMA lines to connect up and down stream equipment.
